The delivery of healthcare requires personalized time and a willingness to dialogue about nutrition, evidence base, and alternatives in addition to the "bulldog" commitment of each of our team members to track down other care team members.

After almost 40 years in healthcare, I love seeing our patients reach and maintain their best vision. More importantly I want to see each person make an exponential impact in life-- whether running a company and employing others, seeing their daughter’s smile on the soccer field, or helping raise up our next generation.

To do this, we utilize the very best diagnostic and treatment technology. To support this belief, we adopted a hybrid concierge insurance model so we can spend dedicated time with you.

Ross MD, MPH in Scottsdale, Arizona. Dr Ross spent most of her career in hybrid academic/private practice. She believes patients know a lot about how to heal and they adopt us as temporary guides.
